Sounds crazy and it is, given the number of potential classes that are up for 2024.
In the final outcome, we need to determine 8 classes that will make up the run order for the coming year. This is due to the four 12 week quarters that make up the schedules for the year. The 2.5 T/A class will run next year and will be in addition to the classes voted upon in this poll.
These classes are based upon member suggestions and ideas.
There are a total of 5 different "group" headings, all with a number of alphabetized classes within each "group". They total 23 choices!
* - indicates a class never run before or for many years.
Each member may make up to 10 choices.
Le Mans Class:
(a) - 72’-75’ - Ferrari 312PB, Alfa Romeo 33/3, Matra 670B, Mirage GR8 - [ Policar, Slot It, Scaley] *
(b) - 70’-71’ - Ferrari 512S & 512M, Porsche 917 (no open top variants), Porsche 908, Lola T70 (coupe) [ FLY, Slot It, NSR, Thunderslot] *
(c) - 66’ Ford V Ferrari [Scaley only] *
GT Class/Sedans:
(a) - Revo Slot GT2 - Dodge Viper, Porsche 911, Marcos LM600, Toyota Supra, Ferrari F40, McLaren F1 GTR
(b) - Revo Slot GT1 - Ferrari 333, Mercedes CLK GTR, Porsche 911 GT1, Toyota GT1 *

(a) - Completely open class with 1/16” clearance and maximum width (TBD), all builds including brass/hybrid chassis, maximum motor to 25K. *
(b) - White Kit build (TBD class). *
(c) - Track Host Option - 1st class is a predetermined class while host chooses an IROC or other class option for 2nd class. *
(d) - Combo classes, Run half the lanes in one class car and the other half the lanes in the other class car. *
