Looking at the "BY-LAWS" Conduct I was looking at the "BY-LAWS" that are at the top of the board. I feel Article 11. Conduct needs to be looked at. We all are using the track at Colpar as well as many "Home track hosts" tracks. We need to conduct ourselves in a manner that will not harm or destroy another person's track or equipment. If you feel the need to conduct yourself in a threating or destructive manner, please remove yourself from the track before you decide to crash a car, either your own or anyone's car. This seems to keep coming up and it is very distracting for a race. I have had my Grandkids racing on my track since they were as young as 2 years old. If they feel the need to not play by the rules on my track, they would be asked to leave the area. I have not had to tell them to leave, but some have left the track area or have put down the controller without "Ripping" it off of the track and throwing it down. (It may be hard to do with my new controllers that use the XLR plug.) Please remember you are a "guest" at each track. I hope you would not do it at your own track either. As one of the track owners, I KNOW we have the ability to ask someone to leave our track as well as not to allow them to come to their track. I, myself, have canceled a race because I was told someone was coming to my track that I didn't want there. Please, everyone, conduct yourself in a manner that you would expect everyone else to do. Make it safe for all of us. Jim W

I fully agree and will be enforced at Warren Lake Raceway.

This has bothered me whenever I have seen or heard about someone's actions that are destructive or unruly. I will suspend anyone that does this. I have also thought about fining that individual to show that their actions will not be tolerated. I am not sure how much damage has happened in the last month from what I have seen from these actions. It will stop. This or any other Club does not have to see these kinds of actions. If you don't think that you can be an adult and get along with others, please stay home. We are here having fun with friends and slot cars.
