I'm in Windsor. It's a new track. We still testing software and race management. We run two IROC format classes using my house cars(6 Carrera 57 Chevys and 917). We have an open '60s & '70s muscle car NASCAR class. And we are trying to populate the new Carrera F1 class. The track is modeled after Martinsville Speed oval and we added changeable inter-loop. During the 1980s and 90s I enjoyed building and flying scaled radio control aircraft. My slot car goals are to create a track and tune slot cars to model the full size car's braking and throttle race line. So I searched for in-car camera utubes and found this. To get that brake hard in on entry, roll thru apex and accelerate on exit we use R4 entry and exit and R3 on the apex. You can see where Im going. I am laying out the track's race line, not the geomatric shape of the track. For the interloop we had just enuff room for two hairpins. Again, I modeled the full size race line and not a geometric constain radius turn. We used R1,R2,R3and R4 sections. Documentation. I guess this knows what he's talking about. The turbo 911s need hard braking to get front end bite. privite messessage if you want to do some testing. Howard
