This is my problem but I am going to put this out there for the schedulers. I see on the upcoming race schedule that there are three in a row that I will not attend. Again my problem because I do not travel up north or drive at night, Wah Wah Wah. In future scheduling would it be possible to have a race up north and the next race south? Like Marc, Colpar, Mark, Chris etc. I don't want to make this an issue so if it not to every bodies liking I will deal with it. Yours truly Crying Dennis.

Dennis,
I don't think we have but one track from the North that we will be using until the Spring or Summer time. So, there will only be the once in a while that a 3-race period that you cannot make. I believe Harry is also changing to Saturday scheduling after the next race at his house. These guys that have to get up and go to work are making it harder to schedule the races!! It seems to work that Marc and I will run our tracks at different times of the year. He will run during the warm schedule, and I will run during the colder schedule. Something about needing heat in the Winter and the Summer trips to the Lake.

Dennis,
I fully understand your position on the racing and yes, I have the furthest north track that is being run in the series. Making a Wednesday night unless Marc G.'s track I normally would not due as I have to be at work 7:30 Thursday mornings (actually should be there 7:15 prior to my staff) which is why I do not run the Wednesday night races. I would love to have Jim run a Saturday race at his place or your place, but that does not work with the home locations.
To that end we are starting another group running Thursday afternoons, as most of us in Northern Colorado are retired or can take off afternoons. I am giving up my weekly golf outing to do this. I really enjoy the larger groups we are getting at Tom's or Colpar on Saturdays and want to do nothing that takes away from that. Infact I would like to see this grow some more.
If I had my wish, I would split the points to a Wednesday Night with a Separate Saturday but the same cars are being run for the same time. For our Thursday Afternoon, we are having our first meeting this next Thursday at a track in Loveland with one of the Vintage Guys. They have the classes set for the full season. With that I really enjoyed the Fly Classic Class, as it ran for me April thru June with the Vintage Club and then for 12 races with RMSCC.

Mark W I think it would be nice to have the Wednesday and Saturday points separated as well, great idea. Maybe there would be a way to have a final race runoff for both points groups for an overall season champ. Chris
